You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). You must:

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. Self-exclusion options (see Section 10) are available as an alternative to permanent closure.
Before processing your first withdrawal, bara67 requires full KYC verification. You will be asked to submit:
Routine KYC verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Complex cases may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you of the outcome via your registered email address.
Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification will have withdrawals suspended pending document submission. Accounts that remain unverified for 90 days may be closed. bara67 reserves the right to return deposits to the original payment source in cases of unverified accounts.

The minimum single deposit is Rp 50,000. There is no fixed maximum, although large deposits may be subject to additional verification checks. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be self-imposed by the player through the Responsible Gaming tools in the Account settings.
Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon bank or e-wallet confirmation. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, please contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the Member may be returned and the Account suspended pending investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal, although amounts above Rp 50,000,000 may require additional processing time and verification.
For fully verified accounts, the average withdrawal processing time is 15 minutes during operational hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Outside these hours, processing may extend to 2 hours. We do not guarantee specific processing times; delays may occur due to bank maintenance, public holidays, or security reviews.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name and matching the details verified during KYC. bara67 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met:
bara67 does not charge any internal withdrawal processing fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transfer fees, which are outside our control. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their applicable charges.
All bonuses and promotional offers issued by bara67 are subject to the specific terms of each promotion in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 30x wagering requirement before any withdrawal of winnings derived from bonus play can be processed. For example, a bonus of Rp 1,000,000 requires Rp 30,000,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is triggered.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements:
Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within the stated validity period (typically 30 days from credit date) will be forfeited automatically. Any winnings generated from expired Bonus Funds will also be forfeited.

The Welcome Bonus (100% match on first deposit, up to Rp 20,000,000) is available to new Members only, one per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, game malfunction, software error, or human error — bara67 reserves the right to void any affected bets regardless of whether they have been settled. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (palpable errors) will be voided and stakes returned. The decision of bara67 in such cases is final.
